Adhunik TMT bars are produced through high-tech block mills, using virgin iron ore from captive mines by the world's most advanced technology - Tempcore Process, in collaboration with Centre de Rechaerche Metallurgiques (CRM) Belgium. Use of advanced block mill leads to perfection in weight of TMT bars, this in turn provides customer with considerable saving in steel, compared to other TMT bars. The iron ore is subsequently processed through the in-house DRI Plant and is further channeled through Induction Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) to refine the steel to the fullest extent using Continuous Casting Billet Machine (CCBM). As a result, the end product ensures superior quality with low sulphur and phosphorus levels in the tmt rebar. Together these mechanical and structural qualities make Adhunik one of the most reliable tmt manufacturers in Kolkata. Adhunik has acquired IS: 1786:2008 certification for Fe-415, Fe-415D, FE-500, Fe-500D, Fe-550& Fe-600 grade TMT Bars.
